How It Works

  • Parties typically last 2–3 hours, allowing time to socialise, browse jewellery, and make purchases.

  • Hosts are responsible for inviting guests, providing refreshments, and ensuring a comfortable space.

  • Guests can try on jewellery (with hand sanitiser available) and make purchases directly during the party.

Rules for At-Home Jewellery Parties

  • Minimum Attendance: 5 confirmed guests required.

  • Age Limit: Attendees must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

  • Clean and Safe Environment: Hosts must provide a safe, hazard-free space.

  • Respectful Conduct: All attendees should treat each other and the host with respect.

  • Alcohol Policy: Guests must drink responsibly and be of legal drinking age if alcohol is served.

  • Payment Policy: Jewellery purchases must be paid in full at the point of purchase.

  • Product Handling: Guests must handle jewellery carefully. For hygiene, earrings cannot be tried on unless purchased.

Booking Terms

  • Booking Fee: £20 non-refundable fee required to secure the party date (deductible from purchases on the day).

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel 48+ hours in advance to apply the booking fee to a future party; within 48 hours, the fee is forfeited.

  • Product Availability: Some items may be limited or require ordering in advance.

  • Sales Tax and Shipping: All purchases include sales tax; shipping fees may apply for items delivered after the party.

Subscription Box Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service

By purchasing a Rain 2 Rainbow Subscription Box, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms form a contract between Rain 2 Rainbow (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the subscriber (“you”, “your”).

2. Billing & Payments

  • Subscription Plans: We offer recurring subscription plans billed monthly, with boxes shipped on a quarterly basis (every 3 months).
  • Billing Cycle: Payment is collected monthly in advance via your chosen payment method.
  • Prices:
    Mini Box – £9/month (£27 per quarter)

    Standard Box – £15/month (£45 per quarter)

    Luxury Box – £20/month (£60 per quarter)
  • All prices include VAT where applicable.
  • By subscribing, you authorise Rain 2 Rainbow to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

3. Shipping

  • Subscription boxes are dispatched once every three months, in February, May, August, and November.
  • Delivery is free within the UK. International shipping is not available.
  • We aim to deliver within 7–10 working days after the shipping date, but this may vary during busy periods.

4. Cancellations & Renewals

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
  • To cancel, you must do so at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
  • You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing sam@rain2rainbow.com.
  • No refunds are offered for partially used billing periods or boxes already dispatched.

  • Please note that once a payment has been made for a subscription cycle, it is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel before your next box is dispatched, the box for that cycle will not be delivered, as each collection is specially curated in advance

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of our curated jewellery boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.
  • If your box arrives damaged or an item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sam@rain2rainbow.com, including photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement for faulty items at no extra cost.

6. Personalisation & Preferences

  • Certain boxes may offer personalisation options. We will confirm these details via email after your subscription sign up.
  • While we strive to accommodate preferences, selections are subject to availability and may vary from box to box.

7. Subscription Changes

  • Rain 2 Rainbow reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service, pricing, or content at any time. We will notify subscribers via email of any significant changes.

8. Liability

  • Rain 2 Rainbow shall not be liable for delays caused by postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Jewellery should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, we recommend following our jewellery care instructions (provided with each box) to keep your jewellery in its best condition as possible.
